It was an epic experience. My family and I stayed in Portland for a night this Christmas. The staffs was polite and very honest. I left a huge amount in my room while I lodged out. On my was to Owerri I remembered I left the money and its about 2 hrs late, guess what yall!!! my money was still there and intac. Thank you all Portland staff we appreciate ur dedication, hardwork and honesty.

Few days back I referred Portland Hotel to my friend who just arrived the country with her family enroute the village for Christmas vacation and reserved 2 rooms for them.

After checking out the next morning and arriving the village, she frantically called me that she forgot USD3,200 under the bible in her room.

I made just one phone call to the Hotel giving them details of the room and within minutes, I was asked to come pick up the money from the Reception desk. Intact.

This is just unparalleled for me.

As one who holds a family membership at Portland Hotel, my children and I have at some point or the other left valuable items behind, from patronizing the swimming pool, gym, cinema or the bar. I rest assured that they are safe and just a phone call away.

Portland Resort is home away from home. The meal, the bed, the spar and the lounge is so exquisite. Even if you be witch, when u come Portland your mind go dey.

The reception from the door was topnotch, the services I got was excellent, the ambiance of the room and environment made me feel like I was somewhere in Maldives. Their meals are just so yum yum.
